Polypipe Civils takes to the road at The Highways UK event!

Highways UK brings together the people and organisations involved in the planning, designing, building, operating and future-proofing of a modern and connected Britain. November 6-7^th at the NEC sees the return of the flagship event for the roads and highways industry.

Exhibiting for the first time, Polypipe Civils are neighbouring Galliford Try, Costain and Amey, but the event is packed full of our Key Account partners such as Morgan Sindall, Bam Nuttall, Kier, Skanska and Highways England.

The stand will showcase our Ridgistorm-XL, Ridgichute, Ridgidrain, Polystorm and Permavoid offering. We’ve even managed to include some bespoke chamber tables too!

Highways UK 2019 Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw (the "driver experience at Silverstone") is open to people who have received a qualifying email from Polypipe Civils and provide their valid email address on the stand at the Highways UK exhibition at the NEC, November 6^th or 7^th November 2019.
2. Anyone over the age of 21, who has held a full manual driving license for at least three years can enter the prize draw in order to win one driver’s experience gift voucher up to the value of £200.00
3. By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive emails from Polypipe Civils. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
4. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 17:00 on 07 November 2019. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
5. The winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  The draw will be performed by a random computer process.  The draw will take place on 11 November 2019.
6. The winner will receive a free driving experience at a race track of their choice, in a car of their choice, up to the value of £200.00. Polypipe Civils will liaise with the winner to discuss the most appropriate location and book the voucher on the winners behalf.
7. The winner will be notified by email on or before 15 November 2019 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to Polypipe Civils before 20 November 2019, then the winner's prize will be forfeited. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Polypipe Civils shall be entitled to select another winner.
8. The prize will be sent to the winner by Polypipe Civils by registered post.
9. Polypipe Civils shall use and take care of any personal information you supply in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
10. No employees of the Polypipe Group are able to enter the prize draw.
11. Polypipe Civils accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Polypipe Civils further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Polypipe Civils for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
