Polypipe to Bring Breadth of Offering to Jewson’s Live Exhibition
Tuesday 6th December 2016
Trade customers from one of the UK’s largest builder’s merchant’s chains, Jewson, will have the chance to get to grips with a wide range of Polypipe systems at an up and coming exhibition – Jewson Live - the UK’s biggest trade show for construction industry professionals.
The Jewson Live Exhibition, taking place at Birmingham’s NEC on the 15th December will see thousands of branch staff, partners and trade professionals coming together to meet leading UK product manufacturers.
With products stocked in Jewson branches across the country, Polypipe will showcase their market leading range of Above and Below Ground Drainage solutions and Cavity Closers, as well as Water Management and Ventilation systems to delegates at Stand DC9.
As one of the UK’s leading designers and manufacturer of ventilation systems for the domestic market, Polypipe will be shining a spotlight on its Domus duct products and Silavent mechanical extract appliances and fans.
The most comprehensive, high quality plastic ducting available in the industry, Domus duct is manufactured to exacting tolerances to virtually eliminate air leakage and minimise pressure drop. These benefits make the range popular with specifiers and contractors alike, and they’re certain to be a hit at the event.
Also making an appearance at the show is the NEW Domus Adapt - a unique and innovative evolution of Domus Radial which will make installing whole house ventilation systems, easier and more cost effective than ever before.
The latest edition to the Silavent mechanical extract range, the stylish and ultra quiet Sapphire fans, will also be on show to delegates. Designed to discreetly complement modern interior design schemes, Sapphire fans operate very quietly and offer exceptional levels of performance – making them ideal for installation in bathrooms and kitchens. Unique to the range, Sapphire fans also provide the ability to mix and match fascia options for greater aesthetic freedom.
Sticking closely to the theme of residential applications, the Polypipe stand will also exhibit its newly released flexible cavity closing insulation products alongside its domestic drainage products. Experts will be on hand to discuss the newly introduced SFA7 guidelines and the products that Polypipe manufacture to ensure you meet the latest legislation around adoptable sewers.
As one would expect from the UK’s leading manufacturer of engineered sustainable drainage solutions, Polypipe’s extensive water management solutions and civils and infrastructure offering will also be featured – including the popular Ridgistorm-XL large diameter piping system.
Available in 750mm to 3000mm diameters and utilised in a wide range of surface water drainage, waste water and sewerage systems, the system is a regular feature in projects as diverse as residential developments, flood alleviation schemes and commercial developments.
Those interested in attenuation and infiltration systems will be able to observe examples of Polypipe’s Polystorm and Permavoid range of geocellular systems. With a choice of configurations for deep or shallow excavations and load bearing ranges, both product ranges provide the solution to match exact site and traffic conditions in a wide range of applications and can provide an ideal form of source control and first stage water treatment.
Glen Sabin, Managing Director at Polypipe, said: “Having a strong and long-standing relationship with the Jewson branch network means that the exhibition will provide branch staff alongside trade professionals, with the chance to delve a little deeper into the Polypipe product offering and explore our most popular range of plastic piping and ventilation systems.”
