Sandwich and possibly a bit of cake.
How long has this office, been your office?
10 years.
What is your favourite part about Polypipe?
The diversity of people.
What’s an item in your office that you’ve had the longest?
A steel Vernier that I have had for 20 years.
What is one of the products at Polypipe that doesn’t get enough recognition?
Core product fabrication.
If you had to work in another department, which one would you choose?
Any of them.
Why?
Because of the people.
Who’s your favourite person at Polypipe?
100% my wife Helen or anyone buying lunch.
What’s your perfect Sunday morning?
Having a beer whilst cooking a big roast dinner.
If you had to say your worst nightmare, what would it be?
Anything to do with dentists or cows.
Since starting work at Polypipe, did you think you’d end up doing what you do now?
No.
How has your most challenging day here helped you?
That there is always a tomorrow and it is likely to be better.

Impossible to answer.

Beer.

15 minutes.

Christmas.

What’s been your best day at Polypipe?
Any day where I have had the chance to introduce people to the North Road team and the products and services we provide.
Have you ever jumped out of a plane?
Yes.
What’s been your biggest achievement?
Professionally, the development of the North Road Operations team, and personally, helping my wife Helen to bring up our children.
What do you do when you first start working?
Ask the team what problems they have.
What do you do for fun?
Socialise and play golf.

Top of the Pops.
